  • Are we open all year round?

    Yes! There are certain services that are suited for specific weather conditions but we do power wash all year!

  • How often should your home be soft washed?

    Your house should be washed every year to two years depending on your area and surroundings.

  • What is a soft wash?

    Soft wash is the process of cleaning with low pressure combined with a cleaning detergent without damaging the surface.

  • What does a soft wash remove?

    Our soft wash system removes 100% of the mold, mildew, algae, dirt and pollen from the exterior of your home.

  • What does a soft wash package include for a home?

    • All Siding
    • Outside of the gutters and downspouts
    • Underside of eaves and soffits
    • Outside of windows and doors (including garage door if applicable)
    • Fascia and Trim
    • Foundation
    • Front porch cover and railings (if applicable)
  • Do you need to be home?

    We do not require the customer to be home so long as the property is prepped and ready for the technician upon their arrival.

  • Do we need water access at the property?

    Yes unless requested to bring water for a fee.


  • How does weather affect the job?

    If it rains, we will still be there unless there is lightning, heavy rains, high winds (dangerous conditions), or temperatures below freezing.


  • How long should you wait to power wash a new asphalt driveway?

    After one year of curing.

  • How long should you wait to power wash a seal coated driveway?

    After one month of curing.

  • How long should you wait to power wash a new concrete patio?

    After six months of curing. Depending on weather, it may still need to be inspected to determine status.

  • How long should you wait to power wash a new stained or painted deck?

    After one month of curing.

  • Do we clean out gutters?

    Yes! Depending on the severity of the debris, we will hand clean, spray out, or blow out the debris. We do not remove guards but we will clean all debris off of the guards. All debris will be cleaned up prior to leaving (dependent on property access).

  • Do we clean roofs?

    Yes! We follow GAF guidelines for cleaning and assisting in prolonging the life of your roof!

  • What basic preparations do you need to make for us to wash your home?

    We advise to check that all doors and windows are shut and do not leak. Your water spigot needs to be turned on and accessible for the technicians to hook up the equipment. Furniture and personal belongings must be moved from the areas being washed. Other preparations apply depending on the job.

  • Do we remove vines from the home exterior?

    Unfortunately, we do not. This service will need to be provided more than likely by a lawn care company or handyman (we can recommend one)!
